Thank you for your interest in Dragon Soccer Inc. We have been operating in the USA since 2002, and currently serve players in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Virginia - and we continue to expand. In 2009 alone, our programs helped educate over 16,000 players and several hundred coaches.
Dragon Soccer is continually seeking male and female leaders in soccer education from around the World. We begin our recruitment for seasonal (spring, summer and fall) Staff Coaches in November of each year and contracts are in place by the end of January.
Candidates must be suitably qualified, experienced, adaptable and energetic.

Dragon Soccer Staff Coach Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Prior US coaching experience
- Minimum of 5 years of youth soccer coaching
- Either: UEFA and/or USSF "A" license or NSCAA Premier Diploma
- Competent computer skills
- Clean background check
Desirable Skills:
- Degree in the field of Sport (education, sport science, physical education, recreation management, business administration, or a related field).
- Sales experience and promotions.
- State / Regional / National Coach Educator
As a Dragon Soccer staff member, you will be working with players aged 9-18 years old, providing all players with technical development and tactical coaching. Training may be in the morning or evenings, with weekend game-coaching at tournaments. Coaches can expect to work an average of 30 hours per week.
