TEAM TRAINING

Our professional staff coaches have trained hundreds of teams since the inception of Dragon Soccer in 2002.  Your team can also benefit from our expertize, experience and professionalism.

Many of the top teams in the State and certainly around the US have professional trainers that can educate and engage a team to a new level.  We can bring that level of training and coaching to your community - on your fields - with your players.

After completing an in-depth pre-training questionnaire, your Dragon Soccer specialist will guide your team through pre-season ensuring the building blocks of success are in place.  Your team's uniquely tailored training sessions continue as the season begins and the system of play is well established as the first games are completed.  Your Dragon Soccer staff coach will stay with your team throughout the season, even guiding your players through league and tournament games, and throughout the State Championship.

Your players will receive regular verbal and written feedback reports as well as you, the club coach, receiving feedback on your coaching style to maximize player potential.

Dragon Soccer Staff Coaches will:

  • Identify the most suitable system of play and formation
  • Conduct player, coach and parent education clinics
  • Produce regular player, team and coach evaluation reports
  • Conduct match analysis reports
