the game of soccer and acquire new skills
in age-appropriate environments
- Enhance the technical and tactical development
of U10 - U19 players by offering team
training / player development programs

Coaching Development
- Improve the soccer education of coaches working
with recreational players, with focus on those
coaches who are new to soccer
- Support the development of coaches working
with U10 - U13 players to emphasis technical
development in the game
- Support the development of coaches working
with U14 - U19 players to emphasis technical
and tactical development in the game
- Identify and educate coaches who can enhance
coaching development and player development
programs
Soccer Environment
- Aid in the creation of age-appropriate environments
for our young players that prioritize player
development over winning
- Develop competitions / awards that encourage
and recognize skill development
- Help the spread of soccer into all communities
regardless of age, race, gender, or disability
- Encourage and nurture a passion for soccer
amongst our youth players so that retention
rates increase
